Overall good experience from the start when we requested for an unscheduled test drive, Benedict was very accommodating and allowed us to test drive. He just gave us the keys and said to return the car within the hour without having to accompany us which we appreciate that he trusted us to test the car ourselves. He gave a proper intro on how to properly operate the car and off we went. This was a much different experience from another brand distributor where we had to wait for our scheduled test drive and had to have a salesman sit with us in the test drive. Also after we placed the deposit, the communication regarding the timelines and delivery of the car was clear and concise between both Benedict and Steven. He also liaised properly with my preferred novated leasing partner. Lastly, we also appreciated them for staying back to allow us to pick up the car after office hours. So overall from start to finish, a great experience!
